Orders received by noon (EST) for eligible products are sent out the same day. Please note that all orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not be shipped until the following business day.
Custom memorials typically require up to 2 weeks for production.
All orders will ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. The shipping method available for your order will be determined based on the items in your cart and your location.
We offer the following shipping options:
Delivery times provided when selecting shipping options are estimates and not guaranteed by the carrier, although packages typically arrive on the estimated dates.
Please note that UPS does NOT count Saturday and Sunday as transit days for ground shipments.
Real-time delivery dates and express shipping options are available once a product is added to your shopping cart. In the shopping cart, click on "Estimate Shipping & Tax" and enter your state and zip code.
Free shipping (if applicable) only applies to the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays for standard ground shipments.
Special arrangements for Saturday delivery are available at an additional charge. Please contact us if you require Saturday delivery.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please ensure that you select USPS as your shipping method if you need delivery to a P.O. Box.
In rare instances, carriers sometimes do not deliver on the guaranteed date. In cases where it was non-weather related, the carrier will refund the shipping charges.
If your package is delayed due to weather-related issues, the carrier will NOT refund the shipping costs, and therefore we are not able to provide a refund to our customers. This is most likely to occur during hurricane season and winter months.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you need to change your address before the order ships, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage.
We will work with you to replace the item or provide a full refund.
